Return policy

ZVOLI is a super-small brand with handmade garments often produced in one copy. Due to these factors, all sales are final. Lost, stolen or incorrectly addressed packages are non-refundable. On cases of returned packages due to misaddress: re-shipment must be payed for by customer. 
You can get a refund of your order in the following case: if you canceled your order before the parcel was handed over to the shipping company. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping

Items will be shipped out as soon as possible, but may take up to 3 business days after the date the order is placed.
Shipping rates will differ depending on weight, size, and can be calculated at checkout.

We are based in Kyiv, Ukraine, but are able to ship internationally. We are using next postal services to deliver your packages:

  • UkrPoshta - our national postal service, shipping all around the world. USA, Europe (7-21 days); the rest of the world (21-45 days)
  • USPS for USA (9-14 days) and Canada (21-35 days). 
  • RRD for Australia (25-40 days).
  • DHL Express for Europe (3-7 days). You’ll be contacted by the courier to pay VAT, duty or delivery charges (‘handling fees’) to receive your goods. Please, contact DHL Express for more info. 

If you decided to use USPS, RRD or DHL you will get your tracking number in 1-2 days after shipping.

Customers are responsible for paying any fees in customs and we do not refund international shipping charges.

Please reach out with any international shipping questions. 

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, STOLEN, OR INCORRECTLY DELIVERED PACKAGES. ONCE AN ITEM IS HANDED OFF, THE PACKAGE FALLS UNDER THE RESPONSIBILITY OF USPS, DHL or UKRPOSHTA. But I understand mistakes can happened, so please contact me in such cases, I'll do my best to solve the problem to the best of my ability.
